House divided in 2 separate floors with entrances. House located in a quite and sunny area, with Tv Sat, Wi-Fi free, wonderful lake view. Gravedona, 12 km distant, for beach, swim, surf, kite, swimming pool in Gravedona for adults and kids, etc.

Holiday destination

Ideal place for a holiday between lake and mountain. The way from Peglio to Bodone (6 km) is a rural asphalted road (toll road € 1,00/day/car), but it is a mountains Street, bend road and with bends and single carriageway. New Sauna available from March until April, price € 30,00/week. The surrounding area of naturalistic interest is ideal for walking, nature and hikers lovers, mushrooms hunters, fond of mountain bike, etc. The closer beaches are located in Gravedona, 12 km distant (20 minutes drive).

Getting there

From Gravedona take the street direction Peglio and from here the mountain way to Bodone. The way from Peglio to Bodone (6 km) is a rural asphalted road (toll road € 1,00/day/car), but it is a mountains Street, bend road and with bends and single carriageway.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub, mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Comer See. Das traumhafte Haus ist fast auf dem Gipfel des Berges und damit super ruhig gelegen. Absolute Ruhe und Idylle. Es ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt quasi an nichts. Küche, Betten und Bad waren für uns völlig i.O. und es gab sogar deutsches Fernsehen. Der Pool ist klasse! Super für uns als Hundebesitzer - das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Empfehlen wir gern weiter! Die Auffahrt den Berg hinauf ist der einzige Wermutstropfen, denn die hat es in sich. Die Straße ist z.T. nur einspurig (im Vergleich zu deutschen Verhältnissen), mit vielen Spitzkehren, die nur schlecht einsehbar sind. Wer hier nicht schon vorher geschwitzt hat, macht es spätestens bei Gegenverkehr. Das ist aber in vielen italienischen Orten der Fall.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Sehr gepflegte, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. -Ablagemöglichkeit(en) auf dem Dachgeschoss wären schön- Es sollte aber jedem bewusst sein, dass man sich auf 1.100 Metern befindet. Zum See / Einkaufen fährt man ca. 30 Minuten über eine einspurige Bergstraße ( Mit Ausweichmöglichkeiten). Ja, die Straße hat an manchen Stellen Verbesserungspotential. Dafür bekommt man aber absolute Ruhe und Entschleunigung. Kuhglocken und Heidi Feeling sind inklusive!
