Villa Selene has been recently renovated and furnished with great care to give guests the highest comfort.
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there’s a hall with a straircase leading to the first floor, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room, a well equipped kitchen with fireplace and direct exit to the outside area, a wide living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and access to the outside area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with single bed (on request convertible into a double bed) and direct access to the garden. On the first floor there’s a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower wall.

The property is almost fully fenced-in and offers a wide garden with fruit trees. There is also a well equipped porch for al fresco dining and relaxing in the quiet of the countryside at only few km from the Adriatic Coast. The pool is 10 x 5 - Depth 1,35 - 1,50 with salt water. In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.
Nearest town centre is Pesaro, an elegant historic city that offers many art-historical itineraries and every evening shows and events enliven the summer, like the famous Rossini Opera Festival. Main attractions within 100 Km are Fano, Gradara, San Marino, San Leo, Urbino, Cattolica, Gabicce Mare.
A car is essential to reach the villa.

The cancellation of a reservation demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified up to 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay.
