Casa Theodora is located in the town of Perticara in the tranquil Borgo Montecchio on the border between Marche and Emilia-Romagna, in the heart of a magical cultural landscape between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines. Enjoy pure nature and tranquility, breathtaking panoramic views, beach days, hiking, cycling, trips to markets, museums, and castles in the area. In the center of your holiday destination Perticara (about 1km away), you will find all the shops to meet your daily needs. Daily, the markets in the surrounding area invite you to visit. The many small historic towns and castles with their diverse events are also definitely worth a visit.

Getting there

By car: You can reach Perticara from Germany via the St. Gotthard, San Bernardino, or Brenner passes, continuing on the motorway towards Bologna, then from the Cesena-Nord exit follow the E 45 towards Rome (see map). Detailed driving directions will be provided upon booking. By plane: Many airlines, especially in the summer, fly to Rimini or Bologna. You can rent a car for the duration of your stay directly at the airport. For details on the exact process, it is best to inquire at your travel agency. From Rimini, it is about 40 kilometers to your holiday destination. By train: If you wish to travel by train, we recommend taking the train to Rimini.
