Holiday destination
The free-standing light-flooded holiday home is located in North Holland behind the dunes of Sint Maarten on kilometres of undeveloped dreamy beaches, between 2 nature reserves in an absolutely quiet location in the midst of the greenery with a direct view of a small secured lake. 400m2 of completely fenced garden. You'll find perfect relaxation here. The location is quiet yet centrally located with good shopping in nearby Schagen - 3 km away. There you'll find everything you need. Shopping centre, Aldi, great large weekly market, beautiful shopping street in the picturesque town centre with many cosy cafés. The house is located in a clean park-like complex. The house is surrounded by fields of flowers. A lovely view in the spring.

A3 toward Arnhem then A12 to Ring Utrecht then A2 toward Amsterdam then on the N9 toward Alkmaar Den Helder to Sint Maarten

Wir haben uns rundum wohl in dem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus gefühlt. Der mediterrane Wohnbereich und die moderne Küche+Waschmaschine und Trockner haben keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Der eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für unseren Hund. Wir haben viele Abende den Wintergarten in Verbindung mit dem gemauerten Grill genossen. Der Park, in welchem sich das Haus befindet ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Auch der Pool wurde von uns häufig und gerne genutzt. Unser Jüngster (9 Jahre) hat sofort viele gleichaltrige Kinder kennengelernt, mit denen er bis Schließung der Anlage Fußball gespielt oder den Spielplatz genutzt hat. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir an den super sympathischen und zuverlässigen Verwalter richten, der jederzeit erreichbar war. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Ein tolles neu Renoviertes Haus alles sehr Sauber und gemütlich. In wenigen Autoritäten an einem unfassbar tollem Strand..unsere Hunde konnten frei laufen und sich austoben.
