Cancellation policy
It can always happen that a trip has to be canceled. For your own safety, we therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for vacation home rentals. You can find offers for this on the usual insurance comparison portals.
Unfortunately, we have to charge the following cancellation costs:
- 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10 % of the rental price
-35 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
- 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
-14 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price.
Nevertheless, the landlord shall endeavor to rent the rental property to other parties.

Super Unterkunft mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Es lässt sich drinnen wie draußen auf der Terrasse sehr gut aushalten. Die Sauna klein, aber fein mit Whirlpool unterm Dach, zentraler Kamin im Wohnzimmer, Schreibtisch- bei mir Maltisch - auf der Empore - großer Schuppen, sodass auch die Fahrräder und das Paddelboot trocken untergebracht waren. Ein rundum durchdachtes Konzept.

Sehr liebevoll und modern ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Erholung pur dank Sauna, Whirlpool und wärmespendendem Kaminofen. See ganz dicht am Haus. Alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Zu 100% Weiterempfehlung.
