Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made 30 days or less before your arrival will result in the loss of the total payment, except for additional costs for final cleaning, laundry packages, and tourist taxes.
We therefore strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Please note: For all cancellations, we charge a processing fee of €30.
Apartment Managers reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time. This is extremely rare and will only be necessary if the rental property has been sold. In this case, we will offer you an equivalent property as a replacement or inform you in time so that you can look for alternative arrangements.

The Fleckalm and Maierlbahn gondolas are just a few minutes away by car or bus (the bus stop is only 30 meters from the house). Stroll down to the ground floor to the renowned Cafe Lorenzoni for breakfast or to pick up fresh bread.
Alpine Lodge is wonderfully situated for summer guests, with various hiking/biking trails starting right outside the front door. The artificially created swimming lake in Kirchberg is just a 10-minute walk away. The Kitzbühel Schwarzsee and Schwarzsee Golf Club are also only 3km away.
