Villa 'I Cipressi', in the middle of the most important Tuscan places of interest, is located between Cortona, to the east, and Pienza and Montepulciano, to the west. The nearest airports are in Florence (one and a half hour drive), Pisa (about two hours) and Rome (about two and a half hours).
About 150 meters from the villa a winery has a hall and outdoor spaces to enjoy typical Tuscan dishes.
The nearest village is Chianacce, 3.5 km away. Cortona, the famous and large town of Etruscan origin which boasts wonderful works of art and architecture as well as all modern facilities, is 20 km away.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub mit 7 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und einem Hund gebucht und waren restlos begeistert. Dank der freundlichen und herzlichen Kommunikation und Hilfe von Rinaldo, Stefano und Pietro haben wir uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt und es fehlte uns an nichts während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, von Waschmittel über Kaffee-Pads bis hin zu Seife war alles dort zu unserer freien Verfügung, alles war sehr sauber und wann immer wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, wurde uns sehr schnell geholfen. Auch das riesige Grundstück mit Pool ist ein absoluter Hingucker und es ist noch viel größer und schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir wurden mit frischen Tomaten beschenkt und aufgrund all der Warmherzigkeit haben wir uns gefühlt, als würden wir zur Familie gehören. Auch die unheimlich freundliche Besitzerin durften wir kennenlernen. Wir waren absolut begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura per 6 giorni a fine agosto. Eravamo un gruppo di 13 giovani ragazzi. Siamo rimasti colpiti dalla cordialità dei custodi che abitano nella casa adiacente, i quali ci hanno regalato prodotti a km 0 dal loro orto e si sono resi disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza.
La villa è situata in un contesto silenzioso e pacifico, che garantisce relax e possibilità di divertirsi in gruppo, anche grazie alla presenza di un’ampia piscina e molti spazi verdi. Gli interni sono estremamente funzionali e puliti. Oltre alle camere, sono infatti presenti diversi ambienti comuni molto utili per gruppi numerosi. Comoda anche la presenza di 4 bagni.
La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, sia per quanto riguarda utensili da cucina, sia per la biancheria.
Molto apprezzata infine la disponibilità dimostrata per l’orario di check in e check out.
Consigliamo pienamente questa struttura per vacanze nelle colline toscane tra Siena e Arezzo!
