1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. Location: The villa 'Effe Wad' is situated in a quiet location in the bungalow park 'Het Hoogelandt' amidst a pine forest. It is, therefore, the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking tours across the island. The North Sea beach with the beach pavilion Paal 17 can be reached in 5 minutes by bicycle. Ecomare is nearby. At a distance of 2.5 kilometers, you will find two riding schools and a subtropical swimming paradise. Supermarkets, nice shops, and cozy restaurants can be found in the seaside resort De Koog, which is 3.5 km away.
