Cancellation policy
Payment of 30% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking. The remainder of the cost should be transferred two weeks before arrival. You can pay via PayPal or bank transfer using the details on the invoice. For late cancellations (later than 14 days before arrival) you will be charged 80% of the total price of your stay.

Getting there
Motorway A8 Munich - Salzburg, exit Bernau. Continue on the B305 in the direction of Reit im Winkl. In Unterwössen, after the Glanz garden center, turn left into Frühlingstrasse and then left into Josef-Aberger-Strasse. Continue on Josef-Aberger-Straße and then turn right onto Perlachweg. Turn right again into the cul-de-sac - you will see our house, number 6, on the right-hand side.

Ferienwohnung Balsberg, eine liebevoll eingerichtete gemütliche Wohnung in gepflegtem Haus, herzlicher Empfang und großzügige Unterstützung durch die Gastgeber, die ruhige Lage am Ortsrand und jede Menge schöne Spazierwege - all das machte unseren ersten Urlaub als 3-Generationen-Team zu einem wunderbaren, unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub in dieser tollen, modern ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung um den Jahreswechsel. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir konnten nach schönem Skifahren im Skigebiet Winklmoos/Steinplatte den Tag in Ruhe ausklingen lassen. Die Badewanne ist natürlich nach einem kalten Wintertag ein absolutes Highlight.
In der Nähe befinden sich diverse Thermen und Spaßbäder und somit ist der Ort ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge. Auch München ist in nur einer Stunde zu erreichen.
