Mecklenburg Vorpommern is the land of deep forests and sparkling lakes, rolling hills and plains, as well as home to many animals such as eagles, storks, cranes and many more. It is the land are connected with each other in the unique culture and nature. Hundreds of miles of bike and hiking trails, and horseback riding and water tours. This is what you can enjoy with a little time and an eye for the beauty of nature and relax. Around the today "state-approved resort" is the Sternberg Lake area (with more than 90 lakes) and many refuges of nature. So are the "upper lakes", the crystal clear spring lake a refuge for otters, lizards, kingfishers, orchids and gorse bushes.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist super ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an Nichts. Die Aussicht auf den See hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen.
Leider haben wir keinen günstigen Zeitpunkt für unsere Kurzreise gewählt. Wir wollten dem Silvesterkrach zu Hause entkommen, fanden hier aber auch keine Ruhe, da Nachbarn bereits seit unserer Anreise jeden Abend geböllert haben. Das hat uns schon arg gestört. Dafür können die Eigentümer aber Nichts.
Vielleicht buchen wir nochmal zu einem anderen Zeitraum, um die Natur und Ruhe besser genießen zu können.

Das Ferienhaus ist bestens ausgestattet, von der Terrasse hat meinen einen herrlichen Blick auf den See.
Viel Spaß hat wir mit den beiden SUP´s, die jeweils mit Sitz und Doppelpaddel auch für eine längere Fahrt auf dem See sehr gut geeignet sind. Empfehlenswert sind Ausflüge ins nahegelegene Kutschenmuseum in Kobrow II, nach Wismar, Schwerin, Güstrow ,zur Klosteranlage Dobbertin und auf jeden Fall auch der regelmäßige Einkauf beim Sternberger Fischer.
