This lovely Villa with a big and comfortable swimming pool from 32m² is situated in the middle of Istria in a place Bokordići near Svetvincenat. The villa has a surface od a 75m² and a big garden with a pool, parking area about 900 m² all together. In the house are two bedrooms. The living room is spacious and it has a nice and comfortable sofa convertible in a double bed for 2 persons, there is also a dining room and nice new kitchen. From the living area is an exit to a nice terrace with a table and chairs. Behind a Villa where you can go trough a spacious terrace is a nice big swimming pool with a surface of a 32m² and 6 sun loungers. There is also a parking place for your car in front of the house.

Svetvinčenat, Savičenta, San Vincenti, three names for the same place, deriving from the name of its patron, Hispanic martyr Saint Vincent and the abbey holding the same name around which the town has developed. The renaissance town of Svetvinčenat, one of the pearls of Istria, which has become a tourism hot spot due mainly to the many events taking place in the attractive historical corners of our town. The very heart of Svetvinčenat is its main square, called „Placa“.
