Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental contract in writing; the withdrawal must be communicated to the landlord via email at chalet@presting.de. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract without naming a substitute tenant accepted by the landlord, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
Withdrawal
- up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price
- 15 to 41 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- 8 to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- 7 days before the start of the rental period until the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price
Statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected. It is recommended to take out travel cost insurance (not included) with an insurance company.

Holiday destination
The beach is about 1.6km away from the holiday park "de Oase" and can be reached in just under 10 minutes by bike. Other sections of the beach can also be accessed by car. Renesse center with its pedestrian zone, numerous shopping and entertainment options, and restaurants is located about a 5-minute walk away, opposite the park. Directly across from the park entrance, you will also find the bus station, where free shuttle buses to the beach operate during the summer season. Adjacent to the bus station is a large, free parking lot that also has charging stations. The Dutch are known to be a nation of cyclists, so there are numerous well-developed cycle paths for exploring the area. For water sports enthusiasts, there are surfing, sailing, or diving offers at the beaches, and horse riding lovers are also well catered for.
The park itself has two children's playgrounds and a Kids Club. There is a small supermarket directly in the park, currently open from the end of March to October in the mornings. Additionally, two camping sanitary buildings are currently open from the end of March to October, where you can find showers, toilets, as well as washing machines and dryers. For 2024, the park plans to build its own swimming pool and to expand the playgrounds and the park itself.
Getting there
Ideally by car. Arrival by train and bus is also possible, for example from Cologne it takes about 6 hours, but you often have to change trains.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in einem noch viel tolleren Chalet ! Das Chalet bietet wirklich so alles , was man für eine kleine Familie im Alltag benötigt. Der Park ist außerdem sehr familienfreundlich und besitzt sehr schöne Spielplätze.
Herr Presting ist ein wirklich sehr netter Vermieter und die Kontaktaufnahme sowie Zahlungsabwicklung usw. liefen problemlos.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Charlet Presting. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war super sauber. Die Fahrräder haben wir gerne benutzt und damit die Umgebung erkundet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
