Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival 20%, to 30 days 40%, to 14 days 50%, from 13 days prior to arrival 75% and from 7 days prior to arrival 100% of the agreed upon rental price must be paid. In any case there will be at least a 25.00 EUR processing fee. The rent to be paid is reduced by the amount the owner receives by re-renting the apartment during the contract period.

Getting there

Motorway A19, "Malchow" exit towards Malchow. After 1.6 km, turn right and drive another 1.6 km to Malchow. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Rostocker Strasse. At the end turn right onto Bahnhofstrasse. After about 50 m at the next intersection, turn left onto Gartenstrasse and drive straight on until the last property on the right side, Gartenstrasse 19, 17213 Malchow.
