Deposit of 50% of the rental when booking.
Final payment: 50% of the rental price 28 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation:
From 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 100% of the net amount of the deposit.
From 14 days before arrival we charge 100% of the net amount of the reservation.
We also recommend that you take out at least good travel and cancellation insurance.

De Duinroos located on the northwest side of the village.
Egmond aan Zee is an old fishing village at the North Sea coast with a cosy centre, many nice restaurants and stores, which are open ecery day of the week.
There is a lighthouse and a museum.
In summer there are many festivals, such as evening market in June, July & August.
On Sunday, various musicians come to the centre square.
Furthermore, there are many sports activities such as sailing, surfing, kite-surfing, several nice running- and mountain bike tracks aver very nice walks in nature.

Wir haben uns in der gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Auf der windgeschützten Terrasse konnten wir die Oktobersonne geniessen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Kurze Wege zum Strand und ins Zentrum von Egmond.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Zomerhuis de Duinroos. Bereits im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation unkompliziert und freundlich. Der Service war top - Dennis hat zB extra für uns einen weiteren Kinderstuhl organisiert. Dennis hat während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder nach unserm Wohlbefinden gefragt und Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand, zum Supermarkt oder der kleinen Einkaufsstraße mit kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir waren aber froh, dass das Wetter für die 3 Wochen ausgezeichnet war, ansonsten wäre die Wohnfläche für uns als Familie mit Baby und Kleinkind zu gering gewesen. Mit weniger aktiven Kindern sollte es aber kein Problem sein! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Egmond aan Zee!
