Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels or denounces the contract before the beginning of the rental period, the following rents are to be paid, provided that no other rental is possible. -until 49 days before the beginning of the rental: 10% of the rental price -Until 35 days before the beginning of the rental: 30% of the rental price -until 21 days before the beginning of the rental: 40% of the rental price -Up to 14 days before the beginning of the rental: 50% of the rental price -Less than 14 days before the beginning of the rental: 100% of the rental price. A cancellation or termination of the contract can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord of the accommodation is decisive. The tenant has to proove that another rental is possible. However, the landlord is also interested to rent the holiday home to other people.

Holiday destination
The romantic village of Lohme borders the World Natural Heritage "Jasmund Park" and its huge beech forest. With your bike you reach the famous Königstuhl within minutes or you take a car to the sandy beaches of Glowe. In 2017 an 18-hole golf course opened in Ranzow, only some 500 meters away from the cottage. https://www.golf-schloss-ranzow.de/
Getting there
By car you drive the B96 from Stralsund to Sagard. After Bobbin, turn right to Sassnitz. After 6 km turn left towards Lohme. When you enter the village you pass the sports field and follow the street. The "Atelier" is located on the right side above the smokehouse, public car parking nearby (50 m).

Tolle und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit einmaligem Blick auf die Ostsee. Gute Lage um die Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Norden der Insel zu entdecken. Der Jasmund Nationalpark ist direkt vor der Tür. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Woche Christopher Heldt und Familie
