Empfangen wurden wir durch den sehr hilfsbereiten und immer bemühten Besitzer Miquel.
Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig und bietet einen traumhaften Blick ins Tramuntana Gebirge. Der Schlafbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch die Tiefgarage mit Stellplatz für 3 Autos war perfekt!
Als Manko muss man allerdings erwähnen, dass der schön eingerichtete Wohnbereich nicht klimatisiert ist. Temperaturen von über 31 Grad sind in diesem Preissegment u.E. nicht akzeptabel. Kochen oder längeres Verweilen im Wohn/Kochbereich sind mehr als unangenehm!
Leider geht die fehlende Klimatisierung nicht so eindeutig aus der Beschreibung hervor.
Wenn hier nichts zu verbergen ist, dann kann und sollte deutlicher auf die Klimatisierung hingewiesen werden.
Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub
