Guten Tag, wir sind am Donnerstag 01.05. in Haus 11 angekommen. Reisen heute 03.05. wieder wie geplant ab. Leider ist im Buch im Haus eine falsche WhatsApp Nummer angegeben. Über diese Nummer bekomme ich per SMS mitgeteilt, dass die Handtücher nachgeliefert werden. Auf SMS Anfrage ob es Spülmaschinentabs und Ersatzmüllbeutel gibt, gibt es keine Reaktion. Unsere Vorgänger hatten vermutlich auch keine Spülmaschinentabs, da das Geschirr größtenteils schmutzig im Schrank war. Es sind auch nicht genügend Löffeln, Messer, Gläser für 6 Personen vorhanden. Wenn man sich beim Essen schon die Messer untereinander teilen muss, schon traurig. Die Betten sollte bezogen sein. So steht es in der Beschreibung und dafür habe ich gezahlt. War leider auch nicht der Fall. Es gab keinen Schlüssel vom der Abstellraum wo die Kissen (lt. Beschreibung im Buch) für die Terrasse war. In den Türrahmen hingen die Spinnweben. Gut, dass wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht hatten. Man bekommt weder über SMS noch über WhatsApp eine Antwort.

- Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mangelhaft: Für sechs Personen gab es deutlich zu wenig Teller / Besteck / Gläser.
- Die Kaffeemaschine ist defekt. Obwohl dieser Schaden bereits am ersten Tag des Aufenthalts gemeldet wurde, hat sich im ganzen Urlaub niemand gemeldet um diesen zu beheben.
- Das Haus war zu Beginn nicht ordentlich gereinigt.
- Im Backofen fanden sich noch die Fettreste von den Vormietern.
