Wir werden gebeten, eine Meinung über das Ferienhaus Knebel abzugeben.
Es ist ein sehr geräumiges Haus mit einer wunderschönen Lage.
Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, besonders vom großen Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss.
Ein großer Garten mit vielen Gartenstühlen zum Sitzen im Freien, wenn das Wetter es zulässt.
Auch ein schöner Ausgangspunkt, um beispielsweise Djursland zu erkunden. Arhus.
Eine wunderschöne hügelige Gegend mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten.
Der etwa 500 Meter entfernte Strand ist mit Algen bedeckt.
Nun, wir müssen ehrlich sein, was das Haus betrifft, es könnte inzwischen ein Facelift vertragen.
Die Reinigung war minimal und die Schränke im Erdgeschoss waren überfüllt mit den Sachen des Eigentümers.
Backofen, bei dem die Knöpfe nicht mehr lesbar sind und die Roste auf den Boden sinken.
Küchentüren locker, Fenster nicht sauber, Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Whirlpool undicht, Feuerlöscher fehlt.
Alle Betten sind Einzelbetten. muss bezogen werden, aber für das Hauptbett benötigen Sie doppelte Bettlaken (Vorsicht bei der Anmietung)
Eine bessere Kontrolle durch DanCenter über die Einhaltung der eigenen Reinigung wäre wünschenswert.
Außer dem Garten, dem Strand und Spaziergängen gab es für die Jugendlichen rund um das Haus nichts zu tun. Sie können natürlich alles mit dem Auto besichtigen, in Djursland gibt es viel zu sehen. Nicht angegeben, aber das Haus ist nicht rollstuhlgerecht.
Dennoch hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub, ohne auf die oben genannten Nachteile zu achten.
