Holiday destination
The small, romantic village Portovaltravaglia is situated on the Lago Maggiore, 5 km south of Luino and approx. 20 min. by car from the Swiss border Ponte Tresa. It has a harbour, small shops, a supermercato, bars and restaurants. Portovaltravaglia is an ideal starting point for excursions to neighbouring cities such as Luino, Varese, Milan, Lugano, or to the Borromean Islands.
Getting there
The house is situated in a very quiet and sunny location just above Porto Valtravaglia with a stunning view of the lake and mountains. The town of Luino is approx. 5 km away, and the Swiss border approx. 20 km.

Das war (wieder) ein Spitzen-Urlaub! Eine richtige komplett liebevoll und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die immer gepflegt ist. Dazu Kamin, Pool, Terrasse und Grillplatz, der blühende Garten und vor allem der freie Blick übern See auch vom Wohnbereich und sogar vom Bett - Urlaub pur. Mit etwas Glück treffen Sie auch Familie Blank selbst an und bekommen Super-Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei und mit Ihnen.

Wir waren mit ein paar Freunden aus dem Rennradteam für eine Woche im Trainingslager! Es war eine ausgezeichnete Woche an einem wunderschönen Plätzchen mit gigantischer Aussicht und einem wunderschönen Garten! Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und man findet alles was man braucht. Mit viel Herzblut & Freude wurden wir empfangen von de Eigentümern und auch gleich mit den besten Tipps und Empfehlungen bereichert. Die Organisation von der Offerte, über die Buchung bis hin zur Ankunft sowie auch Rückreise wurde bestens betreut! Wir würden uns gleich wieder für dieses Haus & Ort entscheiden. Und zum Rennradfahren sowieso ein Traum.... jedoch auch für alle anderen Ferien!
