Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie einen Schlüssel bekommen können. / Der Schlüsselkasten hat nicht funktioniert. Deshalb mussten wir in der ersten Nacht in ein Hotel und streiten uns jetzt mit Dancenter um eine Rückerstattung der Hotelrechnung.
