Hygienischer Zustand bei Ankunft = Katastrophal. Wir mussten zunächst alles grundreinigen. Die Dame beim Dan Center zeigte sich auf unsere Beschwerden hin ratlos bis lustlos.
Ein Entgegenkommen wie z.B. Angebot einer kostenlosen Reinigung bei Abreise fiel den Leuten da nicht ein. Es ist schade, da das Haus ansonsten vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Aber Dreck geht gar nicht…
Wir haben noch eine zweite Woche in einem anderen Haus gebucht. Dürfen wir auch nicht eher als 16.00 Uhr rein, auch wenn der Checkout aus dem ersten Haus um 10.00 Uhr morgens erfolgen MUSS.
War bis jetzt (d.h. Mehr als zehn Jahren) noch nie enttäuscht. Nun bin ich es. Mal sehen, was die nächste Woche bringt…
