Haus sehr stylisch und modern eingerichtet.Die Ausstattung der Küche ist top und die Bäder sehr modern.
Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Aussenbereich Garten und Poolbereich sehr ansprechend und gepflegt.
Traumhafter Meerblick mit Sonne von morgens bis abends.
Verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten auf verschiedenen Ebenen.
Gartengeschoss mit kleinem Apartment mit eigener Küche , Bad und nochmals Terrasse.
Sehr grosses Grundstück fussläufig zum Meer.
Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Haus und Garten sind frisch renoviert. Das Haus ist sehr reichhaltig ausgestattet. Alles neu und sehr stylisch. Nicht in allen Räumen ist die Klimaanlage installiert, lässt man aber tagsüber die Türen offen, verteilt sich die kühle Luft. Ich fand das völlig angemessen. Garten ist ebenso reichhaltig bepflanzt und gepflegt. Ebenso die Außenanlagen und Garten Möblierung ist neu und reichhaltig (ich zähle z.B. 14 Sitzgelegenheiten (ohne die Liegen) und 5 Sonnenschirme). Der Pool ist vergleichsweise groß, die Aussicht über das Meer einfach der Hammer! Zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ein Erlebnis. Der Fehlende Punkt bei Umgebung ist Geschmackssache: Les Issambres besteht nur aus solchen Sommerresidenzen und ist auf das Auto ausgerichtet. Es gibt kaum ein Ziel (außer der kleine Strand), dass zu Fuß zu erreichen wäre.
