Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement before the rental period begins by submitting a written declaration to the landlord. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice by the landlord is decisive.
If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, they must compensate the landlord for the expenses already incurred and the lost profit in the following amounts:
Withdrawal up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Withdrawal up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 50%
Withdrawal up to 10 days before the start of the rental period: 80%
Withdrawal from 10 days to 1 day before: 95%
The tenant has the right to prove that no or a significantly lower loss was incurred by the landlord. It is recommended that the tenant take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac, on a spacious plot of approximately 1,200 m². A small pond, enclosed with a 1-meter-high, child-safe fence, creates a special atmosphere. The house, modernized in 2021, is just 150 meters as the crow flies from the shore of the Schlei in Kappeln/Kopperby. The Baltic Sea beach at Weidefeld or Schönhagen is also just a few minutes away by car or bike – only 6 km separate you from these beautiful beaches.
Getting there
Kapplen/ Kopperby is well connected to the road network, and traveling by car is one of the most convenient options.
If you prefer public transportation, there are regular bus connections from Schleswig (train station) to Kopperby. The area is well-served, and the bus stops are located near the holiday home, allowing for easy and quick access.

Dieses gemütliche Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen! Mit drei Schlafräumen und zwei Bädern war die Übernachtung mit 6 Personen sehr komfortabel, der große Wohnraum oben ist sehr einladend und liebevoll gestaltet. Die ruhige Lage, die Nähe zur Schlei, Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung - alles war perfekt.
Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich, die Unterkunft sehr sauber und wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft ist toll und absolut ruhig gelegen. Nach Kappeln mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen. Ausstattung sehr hochwertig und es fehlt überhaupt nichts um ein tolles Urlaubsfeeling zu erleben. Sauber und geschmackvoll bis ins kleinste Detail.
Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub und möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei den Gastgebern bedanken, für die ad hoc Buchung, quasi von einem Tag auf den anderen, völlig unkompliziert, wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
