Das Haus ist etwas veraltet und hat keinen praktischen Garten...die Küche ist in Ordnung und verfügt über ausreichende Ausstattung. Lage in einem ruhigen Park und in der Nähe von Kortgene (wo es ein paar schöne Geschäfte und gute Restaurants gibt). Noord Bekand ist eine schöne und ruhige Insel. Goes und Zierikzee liegen in der Nähe.
Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas eng und es gibt wenig Stauraum.

Tolles Haus. Allerdings gibt es im Haus keine Moskitonetze, wodurch viel Ungeziefer ins Innere gelangt. Der Garten ist dringend pflegebedürftig und ein zusätzlicher Kleiderschrank sowie zusätzliche Gläser wären wünschenswert.
