All prices plus 11.5% Florida Tax (6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax) Security Deposit $ 700.00 Dollar up to 2 persons, $ 1.000 more than 2 persons or with pet Electricity is included up to $25 per week. Additional consumption will be charged with $0,17 per Kwh. Easter and Christmas Minimum stay 14 nights Grill cleaning $50, if the grill was not cleaned by the renter.
