    Pro: - Schöne Aussicht - Bequeme Betten -Schöner Kaminofen Contra: - Nachbarn werkelte jeden Tag am Flussufer vor der Terrasse herum - Wespennest in der Fassade neben der Terrasse - Unbequeme Wohnzimmercouch und Küchenmöbel - Defektes Außenrollo im Wohnzimmer - Keine Insektenschutzgitter - Mücken gibt es dort reichlich - Eingangs- und Terrassentür sind nur mit großer Kraft zu bedienen - ungepflegter Außenbereich Fazit: Die gründliche Renovierung des Obergeschosses sollte auch im Erdgeschoß fortgesetzt werden.

    Wir sind angekommen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt um sich selber zu versorgen. Die absolute Ruhe ohne Straßenlärm und der Blick auf die Weser haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Unsere Enkelkinder 5 und 7 Jahre alt hatten genug Platz im Garten und auch im Haus zur Verfügung um zu spielen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir nochmal die Gelegenheit dazu haben und dann auch auf jeden Fall unsere Fahrräder mitnehmen.
