Villa 1907 is an Art Nouveau building surrounded by nature with a very special atmosphere; however, you're only five minutes' walk from the city centre with its shops and attractions. Villa 1907 offers you more than 200 m² of living space. Three tastefully furnished double bedrooms, children's/youth room with two bunk beds with a total of four beds, two bathrooms, kitchen, "Rouge" salon, dining room and billiard room with fireplace are your home away from home.
In the 3,000 square metre park with pond and old trees, including an over 100-year-old sequoia, you can spend time with friends or family. Enjoy the savoir-vivre à la française.

If the lessee cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new lessee who enters the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata fees (excluding final cleaning) must be paid as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses:
• up to 42 days before arrival, any money paid will be fully refunded.
• in the event of late arrival or no-show, 100% of the rental price will be due.
3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The decisive date is the day on which
the lessor receives the cancellation.
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. We'd be happy to set up an individual check-in time in advance.
Check-out on the day of departure 11 a.m.
Please note that events are not allowed; even camping in the garden or bringing along a caravan for additional guests requires prior consultation.
At the end of the rental period, the lessee must vacate the rental property, hand it over to the landlord or a contact person in proper condition, swept clean and with everything in the kitchen cleaned and put away.
