Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the user is required to inform us by e-mail; based on how long before the check-in date the cancellation occurs, the customer is required to pay in the ways and times as indicated below:
- If the booking is canceled more than 30 days before the check-in date, the guest will lose 50% of the total rental amount. (Deposit)
- If the booking is canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date, the guest will lose 100% of the total rental amount.
- There will be no refunds if the customer voluntarily withdraws from the service with an early departure, once the stay in the holiday home has begun, before the end of his stay

Getting there
By car from Milan/Venice (A4) (A35):
Exit Brescia Est. Follow the signs for Salò.
Take the SS45bis leading towards Salò, but do not enter the town.
Continue along the state road 45bis (Gardesana Ovest) until you reach Gargnano.
By car from the Brenner Pass (A22):
Exit Rovereto Sud and continue in the direction towards Riva del Garda and then Brescia.
Stay on the Gardesana Ovest road until you reach Gargnano.
