Cancellation policy
Cancellations by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email).
In this case, the following rules apply:
From the time of booking up to six weeks before the rental start, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the rental start up to the second week before the rental start, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the rental start, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay € 25,- in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid discussions, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with an (travel) insurance company.
