Cancellation policy
Withdrawal / cancellation:
The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the rental period.
The withdrawal must be declared in writing and becomes effective upon receipt by the landlord.
The following compensation is due upon withdrawal:
up to 90 days before the start of the rental period 10% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period 30% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price
thereafter 100% of the rental price.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in this holiday house. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and even more. For example, it has three coffee machines, all possible cooking equipment, pool accessories, and enough bed linen and towels. The house itself is beautifully decorated, and you can see that a lot of love has been put into it. The hosts are very nice people and were available for our every inquiry.
What is especially charming is the beautiful terrace by the pool and the view of the old town of Buzet. It simply takes your breath away! We were particularly impressed with the welcome; we were greeted with wine and local products.
We will definitely come back here for a holiday because we had a truly wonderful time!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool. Schöne ruhige, naturnahe Gegend. Marija und Vili sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Bei Fragen immer zur Stelle.
