Cancellation policy
The tenant may cancel the contract at any time prior to the commencement of the rental period. The cancellation must be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, for which a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or an email is sufficient to comply with the written form requirement. The declaration of withdrawal becomes effective on the day it is received by contacto-mallorca. In the event of contract cancellation, the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• For a cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental, the tenant pays 0% of the agreed rental price.
• For a cancellation from the 41st to the 29th day before the start of the rental, the tenant pays 15% of the agreed rental price.
• For a cancellation from the 28th day before the start of the rental, the tenant pays 95% of the agreed rental price.
In case of no show, the tenant pays 100% of the rental price.
