Cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date can be made without incurring a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. For cancellations made by the guest within the period from the 30th day before the agreed arrival date to the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price.
In the event of a no-show by the guest or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to take your holiday.

Innerkohlerhof is an ideal starting point for cycling tours and family hikes.
Discover the endless alpine pastures of the Gsies Valley and enjoy traditional farmhouse fare at one of the many alpine huts. The breathtaking peaks of the Pragser and Sexten Dolomites are also within reach.
The Gsies Valley offers 40 km of sunny cross-country ski tracks, a cross-country ski school, and ski rental services. Enjoy the snow-covered winter landscape.
Getting there
You will travel via the Brenner Motorway A 22, exit Pustertal, to Welsberg and from there into the Gsiesertal to Pichl, the outermost village of the municipality. On your way into the valley, turn right after about 9 km.
Located directly at the edge of the forest, our farm is situated in a quiet and idyllic setting.
Alternatively, you can travel from the east via Lienz and the upper Pustertal.

Mein Urlaub im App. Abendrot war wunderschön. Familie Stoll sind sehr freundliche und jederzeit hilfsbereite, aber unaufdringliche Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet. Dazu gibt es Brötchenservice, Erzeugnisse aus dem liebevoll angelegten Sonnengärtl, Sauna, eine Garage und auch eine Waschmaschine steht bereit.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, um die Highlights der Dolomiten schnell zu erreichen. Max. 10-15 Minuten per Auto bis Welsberg. Auch Wanderungen im Tal sind unbedingt empfehlenswert. Und abends freut man sich, wenn man nach einem anstrengenden Wander- oder Besichtigungstag im beschaulichen und ruhigen Gsieser Tal auf einem der beiden großen Balkone der Wohnung den Abend genießen und entspannen kann.
Für einen Urlaub in dieser Region würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten herrliche Tage im Apartment Morgenstern. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand, dennoch gut erreichbar. Kein Durchgangsverkehr, da das Gsieser Tal eine Sackgasse darstellt. Das Apartment im noch neuen Haus ist angenehm groß, gut ausgestattet und vermittelt eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Man kann vom Balkon aus die Sonne vom späten Vormittag bis zum Sonnenuntergang genießen, Blick auf den Kronplatz. Fahrt bis zur Gondel in Olang morgens ca. 20 Min. Wir alle vier (Kinder 10 und 13) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Ein Garagenstellplatz fürs Auto erspart im Winter das morgentliche Eiskratzen. Marianna - die Haupt-Ansprechpartnerin - ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, drängt sich nicht in den Vordergrund, ist aber jederzeit ansprechbar und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wirklich klasse!
