Cancellation policy
Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In case of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the entrepreneur a compensation. This amounts to:
- if cancellation occurs three months before the start date or earlier: 15% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs between three and two months before the start date: 50% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs between two months and one month before the start date: 75% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs within one month before the start date: 90% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs on the day of the start date: 100% of the agreed price.

The compensation will be refunded proportionally, minus the administrative costs, if the spot is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part of the period.

Holiday destination
You can comfortably reach the beach by bicycle (which can be rented through the agency) in just 5 minutes. There is also ample free parking available at the beach entrance for those arriving by car. The white sandy beach of Callantsoog is something special, as unlike other areas in North Holland, the beach is located directly behind the dike and can be accessed without long walks through the dunes. There are a total of 5 beach restaurants, some of which are open all year round. Beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and windbreaks can also be rented on the beach. Adjacent to the beach is the town center of Callantsoog with its old fisherman's church. This small town offers a variety of shops and restaurants. In addition to a large supermarket with its own parking, there are numerous fashion boutiques, decoration shops, a toy store, and a drugstore. Alongside numerous restaurants (traditional Dutch cuisine, Italian cuisine, fish), Callantsoog also boasts an ice cream parlor with award-winning ice cream and a frozen yogurt café. Moreover, there is a farm museum and a beachcombing museum.
