Wir durften 9 Nächte in dieser sehr geräumigen Wohnung verbringen. Zuerst einmal: sie ist hell, lichtdurchflutet und hat einen wirklich schönen Balkon. Die Lage in Partenkirchen ist gut, es sind zu Fuß 7-8 Minuten zur Schanze, in 10 Schritten ist man an der Partnach.
Allerdings gab es da leider ein paar mehr Details, die bei uns nicht gestimmt haben: das Geschirr stand zum Teil dreckig im Schrank, das Laminat wies noch Malerflecken auf, die Heizung im Bad lief zuerst nicht.
Die Vormieter hatten offensichtlich IN der Wohnung geraucht - es stank leider sehr nach kaltem Rauch .
Die Wärmekabine hat einen ungünstigen/ungemütlichen Standort.
All dies wurde der Agentur mitgeteilt und wird hoffentlich für die folgenden Mieter behoben, so dass die folgenden Bewertungen wieder besser ausfallen dürften.
