Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation within 2 days after receipt of the booking form and issuance of the reservation without receipt of the deposit, a fee of €30 will be charged.
For cancellations up to 90 days before the start of the holiday, a fee equal to the deposit will be due.
For cancellations from the 89th day to the 50th day before the start of the holiday, 30% of the total price will be charged.
For cancellations from the 49th day to the 30th day before the start of the holiday, 50% of the total price will be charged.
In case of cancellation later than 29 days before the start of the holiday, we will charge 90% of the booked service.
In case of late arrival or early departure, for any reason, we will charge 100% of the booked service.

- •Final payment: days before arrival

Holiday destination
Restaurants and a grocery store are 1km away. The infrastructure of the nearby village Molini di Prelá includes a pharmacy and a well-stocked village shop with everything necessary for daily needs. Two pizzerias and an excellent restaurant complete the offerings. You can reach the village via a donkey path in fifteen minutes or along the road in one kilometer. Once a month, a flea market enlivens the picturesque square and invites you to browse. The fine sandy beaches and the picturesque city center of Imperia Porto Maurizio are 9 km away.

Wir kennen nun Nido celeste, Casa rosa und Rustico und waren wie immer sehr zufrieden . Da wir jedoch wie immer unseren kleinen Hund mithatten, hat das Rustico wegen des Aussengeländes bei uns die Nase vorn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns auch gefreut die nonna wiederzusehen und auch Ihr Sohn hat uns mit Rat und Tat unterstützt.
