The cancellation conditions do not apply if arrival is not possible due to an official travel ban or a lockdown. The following cancellation deadlines and the corresponding costs apply to the booking of the holiday home: If cancelled 14 days or less before arrival = 80% of the travel price is due Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival = 100% of the total price due In the event of early departure or no-show, the total price must be paid, taking into account any expenses saved and any profits gained from alternative use of the property.
