The tenant of the holiday home is obligated to pay the following fees for non-use of the contractual services for the booked and approved time period: - for cancellations up to 2 months before the start of your rental period € 50 - for cancellation up to 14 days prior to the beginning of the rental period 50% of the rate agreed For cancellations made at a later date, we charge 90% of the rate agreed. If you depart earlier after the start of the rental period, the total booked time will still be charged. Should the apartment not be available due to force majeure, the landlord can not be held liable.

From the A81: -Exit Tauberbischofsheim - B27 direction Mosbach - after approx. 1000m turn right direction Külsheim - At the roundabout take the third exit, Königheimer Straße - After 300m turn right Mittbergweg From the A3: -Exit Wertheim - Direction Tauberbischofsheim - via Urphar, Böttigheim, Werbach, Impfingen - in Tauberbischofsheim turn right at the first traffic signal - at the roundabout second exit (direction Stadtmitte) -turn right at the next traffic light -go straight at the next traffic light -turn right at the Sparkasse -then left -follow the road -take the second exit (Königheimerstraße) - after 300m turn right Mittbergweg

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche Urlaub im schönen Tauberbischofsheim in der Fewo von Familie Baumann. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und offen begrüßt, Frau Baumann ist eine ganz liebe Person und mit Leib und Seele Vermieterin. Sie verwöhnte uns schon bei Ankunft mit hausgemachter Marmelade, frisch gepflückten Pflaumen aus dem Garten und im Laufe der Woche noch mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber, es fehlt an nichts, man hat alles, was man braucht. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr ruhig und absolut verkehrsarm. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Stadt, welche zum Bummeln oder gemütlichem Essen in einem der vielen Restaurants einlädt. Ganz toll ist die Kneipp-Anlage, welche wirklich nur 3 Minuten entfernt ist. Also: klare Weiterempfehlung von uns und Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.
