Cancellation policy
Payment policy
Payments are non-refundable.
All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him.
Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form.
After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking.
Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking.
If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received.
Deposit policy
In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees.
Cancelation policy
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
