Our vacation villa has been a big success since many years and is located in a calm scenery full of shade places. It's surrounded by a large garden and four terraces. The pool has under water colour spotlights. The living is adjacent to a big terrace which provides a view of the sea (in the distance). The living room contains AC and TV (with SAT). There are two bedrooms also with AC and with a bathroom each. One with bath the other bathroom with shower . One extra sleeping room for 2 kids. Extra 2 camping beds for babies. In the garden there are two pergola's . The kitchen is completely furnished and equipped cleaning machine, stove,fridge and micro-wave. It's a comfortable vacation house. All the beds are equipped with linen on arrival. Towels are plenty available. Outside Shower bevor using the pool.
At the moment, our vacation house is still for rent the entire year. From April till November, the vacation house is for rent min a week .In the winterperiod, from December till April is alsoso available for monthly rental. Price €975 p m.
The loungebed at the pool has lights.

Our residence is located in La Nucia, at a 6 km distance from the beautiful
sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca. Benidorm is a big seaside resort with many aquatic sport activities. The beaches of Alfaz del Pi and Altea are calmer. Best place to go is Villajayossa.The surrounding countryside is definitely worth exploring, like the village Guadalest. Elx is known for its magnificent palm orchard. There are many activities for children. Terra Mitica and aqualandia.
The highway A7 until Benidorm, than in direction La Nucia. After 6 km opposite of the “supermercado la Nucia” take the 4th turn to the right. Then follow our description.
The airport Alicante is 45km away.
