This large villa consists of 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, which allows 13 guests to be accommodated in total comfort. In the interior of the chalet we find a large and bright living room with fireplace and comfortable armchairs accompanied by a delicate decoration where you can watch TV or just spend time in the company of a good book. In the dining room you can taste delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavor prepared in the large fully equipped kitchen that you have at your disposal. The property also has internet connection and all the amenities for your enjoyment.
Outside there are two terraces, one of them with solarium, rest and rest area. From the top of the property you enjoy a privileged view of the sea. Also, on the terrace on the ground floor there are hammocks to rest, relax and enjoy the sun. The villa has outdoor furniture always ready to enjoy delicious meats made on the barbecue accompanied by a good glass of wine, each summer afternoon will be a pleasure surrounded by family and friends.
This villa features a large bank tool for maintenance and to fix competition bicycles. The use of these mechanical tools is available to all cyclists hosted in the villa.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). Fantastic villa located in Son Veri, a quiet urbanization just 200 meters walk from the Club Nautic S'Arenal and 1 minutes from the extensive beach of Palma, the tourist point par excellence of the island, here is the ideal combination of beaches, Walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday. The property is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Palma.
Public transport: There is a bus stop (line 23 and 520) less than 250 meters from the house, from there with line 520 Palma city center is just 25 minutes journey. A 9 minute walk is the Yacht Club you will find the following lines: 454, 500, 501, 502, 515 and A51.

c) Cancellation conditions due to Covid-19 or similar: in case of government prohibitions on passenger transit, both at the client's point of origin and at the destination, the right to free cancellation will be granted.
To benefit from this free cancellation exception, the reason for it must affect at least half of the clients and must consist of an express government ban on traveling to Mallorca or leaving the place of origin.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person/night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
