The studio consists of an open-plan living and sleeping area with a sofa, a small dining table and a double bed. A small kitchenette is also available for preparing breakfast or small meals.
The tropical garden and pool adjoining the house is a dream. Here you can simply relax and enjoy the day. The garden and pool may only have to be shared with the guests of the flat. The beautiful beaches of Paguera are just a few minutes' walk away, as is the boulevard with its many shops, cafés and restaurants.

Paguera has three beautiful sandy beaches to offer, which are particularly popular with families with children due to the gently sloping waters. Sunbeds and parasols can be hired by the day on all beaches during the season.
The town of Paguera itself offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The long boulevard, which stretches from the entrance to the end of the village, offers numerous shops, restaurants and cafés. From international to regional cuisine, you will always find something to suit your taste.

60 - 31 days before arrival date: 75% of the total sum
as of 30 days before arrival date: 90% of the total sum
