Holiday destination
Lugana is part of the municipality of Sirmione and is located on the southern part of Lake Garda. The town is famous for wine growing and just behind our apartment there are two wineries where you can enjoy a good glass of wine accompanied by delicious homemade Italian dishes.
The lake is just a few minutes walk from our apartment. You can walk along the lake shore or go by bike to the old town of Sirmione and visit the castle "Scaligero".
Also cycling enthusiasts will not miss out here. Lugana offers many different bike tours for all levels.
Sirmione is also famous for its thermal baths. The thermal baths of sulfate-rich Boiola spring water promise relief from a wide variety of illnesses.
Getting there
Coming from Brenner, take the A22 highway to the exit "Affi". Take the motorway to Lugana di Sirmione.
From Verona via the A4/E70 to Peschiera and then on SR11 to Peschiera del Garda and then to Lugana di Sirmione.

Wir hatten die Wohnung als Zwischenstation für die Rückreise von Rom gebucht, da der Gardasee für uns ungefähr auf halber Strecke liegt. Die Lage der Wohnung empfanden wir als ideal für Baden, Ausflüge z.B. nach
Verona, Bardolino. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage. Zum Seeufer/Badestrand/Bäcker gelangt man zu Fuß in ca.15min. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Räder sind toll für kleinere Ausflüge u Besorgungen. Die Tourimeile von Lugana mit Restaurants, kleinen Läden, die Seepromenade; alles zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Der Ortsteil Lugana ist nicht ganz so überlaufen wie das historische Zentrum v. Sirmione. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt, und sauber. Wir hätten hier auch gerne noch etwas länger bleiben können, nachdem wir uns aklimatisiert hatten. Der Vermieter Dragan ist auch sehr nett.

In der heißen Sommerzeit waren wir, Fam. mit Teenagerin, in der nett und modern wie auch vollständig eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Angenehme Abkühlung ist dank Klimaanlage und dem großen Pool vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer privaten Anlage gelegen, sehr gut gepflegt und angenehm ruhig. Der Weg zum Strand oder ins Sirmione Zentrum ist dank der Fahrräder, die zur Wohnung gehören, in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt, dank der geschlossenen Wohnanlage mit Parkplatz und automatischem Tor, sowie zusätzlicher Gittertür zur Wohnungstür. Die Buchung mit Übergabe war absolut unkompliziert, Dragan hat sehr schnell geantwortet, er ist sehr nett und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter empfehlen
