Cancellation policy
You can withdraw from the contract at any time, before the start of the rental.
The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to compensate for the damage incurred by us as follows:
- up to 34 days before the day of arrival 50% of the agreed price

- up 1 day before arrival or no-match 100% of the agreed price.
It counts in each case the date of receipt of your resignation message. Amounts already paid in will be charged.
A replacement person who enters into your contract on the terms stated may be provided by you. A written notification is sufficient.

The Steinhuder Meer Nature Park offers maritime leisure activities for every taste.
Experience impressive flocks of birds, floating meadows and fascinating moors.
Explore on adventure trails, cycling and hiking trails the unique natural paradise around the largest inland lake in northern Germany.
One of the main attractions are the so-called "emigrants". With these large sailboats made of wood, people were sailed from Steinhude to the north bank 100 years ago.
Numerous leisure facilities such as the Nature Park Information Centre, the Butterfly Farm or the Fishermen's and Weavers' Museum with the Toy Museum whet the appetite for nature and culture. The cozy ambience of the restored town center and the barn district, shopping opportunities and various events and exhibitions make the holiday atmosphere perfect.
Getting there
By car: Access via motorway / main road
1. via the A2 and the junctions Wunstorf - Luthe, Wunstorf - Kolenfeld or Bad Nenndorf,
2. Coming from the north, the B 6 leads via Neustadt am Rübenberge or the B441 via Stolzenau to the Steinhuder Meer.
By train: Hannover Hbf - Steinhude
1. from Hanover main station runs the S-Bahn, the Regional-Express or the Westfalen Bahn,
2. get off at Wunstorf station,
3. Bus line 710 / 711 / 715 / 835 to Steinhude.

Eine sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, gemütlich, mir traumhaftem Ausblick auf´s Meer. Matratzen sehr gut, das Schlafzimmer ruhig gelegen. Die Sonnenterrasse mit Strandkorb lädt zum Beobachten des Treibens am Steinhuder Meer ein. Gut auch die Frühstücksterrasse in der Morgensonne. Endlich einmal leere Schränke für Lebensmittel vorhanden. Liebevolle Details geben der Wohnung Gemütlichkeit. Eine Nichtraucherwohnung, ganz ohne Aschenbecher. Die Tiefgarage und der Fahrradkeller stehen zur Verfügung.
Sehr guter Kontakt und reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe mit den Eigentümern. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Sekt und Wasser im Lühlschrank bereit.
Die Wohnung bietet sich für schöne Radtouren und Spaziergänge an.

Wir machen fast nur in Ferienwohnungen Urlaub. Diese Wohnung war absolut super!!! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Tolle Einrichtung, sauber, super Organisation und ein wahnsinns Ausblick auf das 'Meer'!!! Begrüßungstrunk mit hochwertigem Sekt. Es war vom Kaffee, Espresso über Duschgel etc. alles vorhanden. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, abschließbarer Raum für unsere E-bikes, Fahrstuhl....einfach alles perfekt!!! Sooo schöne Gegend mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung buchen!!! Vielen Dank,liebe Familie Herbst!!!
