Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received. (on Sundays or public holidays, the following working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

Villa Nar is a newly built villa in an elevated position with a wonderful panoramic view of the West coast of Istria and the sea. The villa is located on the edge of the picturesque town of Sveti Lovrec, 14 km from Porec and 20 km from Rovinj. On its own fenced property of 250 sqm with well-kept lawn, it offers guests a 40 sqm pool, spacious covered terrace with seating, barbecue, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and parking spaces.

Das Haus ist ausgesprochen schön, hat alles was man als Familie braucht und ist überdies sehr, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns nach wenigen Minuten "Zuhause" gefühlt. Alles war so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Kontaktaufnahme war ebenfalls sehr einfach und angenehm. Es wurde jeweils sehr schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet.
Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit und Antonela hatte ein paar richtig gute Tipps, die uns alle sehr gut gefallen haben.
So macht Urlaub mit der Familie Spaß!!
