A beautiful furnished balcony with views to the shared pool and garden is perfect to start the day with a succulent breakfast before going downstairs to bask in the sun on one of the two sun loungers that you will find at the private terrace of the ground floor or maybe enjoy a cool dip in the salt water pool. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.3 to 1.5 metres. There is a exterior shower where you can wash the sand and salt off after a long day at the beach which is only 1 km away from the apartment. And in order to end your day, nothing like a delicious barbecue!
The apartment comprises three floors. On the ground floor (on the pool level) you will find the garage, laundry room -with washing machine, iron and ironing board- and a shower bathroom. On the first floor we have the comunal rooms: the spacious living - dining area (with TV-Sat) open to the kitchen. This is joyful and funny inviting to cook delicious recipes on the ceramic top or the oven. Finally, the second floor offers a bathtub bathroom and the two bedrooms, both with a closet. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, there is air conditioning both in the living - dining room and in the bedrooms.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
There is parking space for 1 car in the garage.
The all year round pool is open from 9 am to 10 pm.

The location of this apartment is perfect since all needed services are in a walking distance: bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, etc. The beach of Puerto de Alcudia is the nearest one just a short walk away but we highly recommend visit other beaches like the one of La Victoria. Every Tuesday and Sunday you can go the street market in the town of Alcudia where you can acquire local and artisan products.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
