Our 8 apartments impress with their modern amenities. The property is located almost directly on the beach in Manerba del Garda and is situated in a quiet side street: ideal for your vacation at Lake Garda.
Even the exterior appearance of the residence, built in the Italian style with a pool, promises a relaxing stay in a charming ambiance.
The 4 Lake-type apartments are located on the ground floor of the building and offer ample space for up to 4 people. They feature a cozy double bed and two single beds. Bed linen, ready-made, is included in the price for the number of people booked. The fully equipped kitchen allows unlimited creativity in cooking. The apartments have a covered private terrace: here, holiday guests can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee or let the evening pass with a glass of red wine, with garden furniture provided.
The entire garden area around the complex can be used by all guests, with garden furniture available for your use, and on hot days a pool is ready for you to cool off, plus there is a barbecue area at your disposal.
Each apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage, and 4 communal washing machines in the building are available to all guests free of charge.
We offer our guests a convenient bread roll service and, upon request, deliver fresh rolls and other baked goods to your apartment door in the morning.
