Bookings and Reservations
With your booking, you accept the following rental conditions. Your booking can be made by email or by mail. The contract comes as soon as we have confirmed your booking in writing via email.
Special requests and verbal agreements are valid as soon as we have confirmed them in writing.
Cancellation conditions
If Casa Taschira can not be taken over on the agreed day, e.g., due to high traffic or a car breakdown, etc., the entire rental price remains owed.
The same applies if you leave Casa Taschira earlier than agreed.
Withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the confirmed arrangement. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the date of receipt of your cancellation.
Cancellation costs
In the event of cancellation up to 43 days before the start of the rental period, 10% of the rental sum is owed to us.
In the event of cancellation between 42 and 29 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental fee is due.
In the event of cancellation from 28 days to 2 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the total rental amount is due.In the case of a later cancellation and in the case of non-utilization of the contract,
the entire rental fee is due.
If Casa Taschira can be rented to a third party in whole or in part after your cancellation, only the difference between the cancellation costs and the actual fee is owed.
Replacement rent, plus compensation for expenses in the amount of
50.00 Euro is due.
*We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
By car, you can drive in about 10 to 15 minutes to the white, long natural beaches on the Ionian Sea - also called the Caribbean of Puglia. The coast of the nearby seaside resort of Campomarino is one of the cleanest and most beautiful "Bandiera Blu" in Italy. The sea has fascinating colour facets and shimmers in a Caribbean blue.
In low season, the beach is often all yours and you can park directly in front of the dunes

Wir hatten einen unserer schönsten Sommerulaube mit unseren Kids bei Anna und Toni.
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt.
Das Haus hat wirklich alles was man braucht und eine tolle Zeit zu haben. Es war super sauber, der Pool herrlich klar und es hat uns keine Ausstattung gefehlt.
Ausflüge zu den Stränden in der Nähe sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen, auch wenn der Pool eigentlich schon fast reicht ;-)
Der Außenbereich bietet genug Platz auch mit Kids. Wer gerne joggen geht kann die Straße zwischen den Weinreben entlang laufen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir sind froh Anna und Toni kennen gelernt zu haben und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen im Casa Taschira verbracht. Die Begrüßung durch Toni war herzlich und ungezwungen. Die Kommunikation vorher war völlig unkompliziert.
Toni wohnt nebenan und ist bei Fragen oder Problemen immer erreichbar.
Das Haus ist super und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Auch der erste Abend wird sehr angenehm bereitet mit Pasta, Soße, Wein und Bier. Einfach ankommen, wohlfühlen und genießen.
Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, innen wie auch außen. Ein großes Highlight war natürlich der Pool, welcher bei den Temperaturen eine willkommene Erfrischung und Spaß bereitet.
Ein grosser Schock für uns war der Dreck auf den Straßen Apuliens, was aber natürlich nichts mit dem Casa Taschira zu tun hat.
Alles in Allem können wir das Haus und Toni mit Familie unbedingt empfehlen.
