Cancellation policy
To secure your booking, we request a deposit for confirmation. If we are unable to re-rent the canceled accommodation, this deposit will be retained by us. In the case of early departure and/or delayed arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.
We try to be as accommodating as possible for our guests.
All guests who are unable to travel due to a travel warning or an exit/entry ban will have their deposit retained and credited for a holiday with us at a later date.
We will handle it this way in the 2022 season as well.
A rebooking to a different period due to Corona regulations is therefore possible without cancellation fees!

Directions:
Brenner Motorway to BOLZANO SUD
right after the toll station:
Expressway BOLZANO-MERANO until the exit VILPIAN-NALS
on the bridge towards NALS
at the roundabout towards NALS (sign: Krösshof)
we are the first house on the right side, the entrance is at the pedestrian crossing, opposite the nursery.
Please set your navigation device to "fastest" route instead of "shortest" and avoid arriving via the Timmelsjoch (very winding).

Host informationWe are warm and dedicated landlords and live on the Krösshof ourselves. We are always open to your questions and wishes!
Owner Hansjörg loves his roses and apple trees and is proud of his "English" lawn and the pool.
Owner Marianne is the decoration icon among us and knows all the hidden spots in South Tyrol. She's always up for a chat.
Daughter Eva is happy to answer your inquiries and conjures up juices and jams.

Wir waren in der Wohnung Hansjörg. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, die riesige Terrasse mit Blick ins Etschtal bis nach Meran ein Traum. Alles im Haus und der Wohnung ist hochwertig. Familie Kröss ist wirklich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste besorgt und kümmert sich rührend. Wir konnten, obwohl es schon Oktober ist, den Garten und den Pool noch sehr genießen. Der Radweg zum Etschtal-Radweg startet vor der Haustüre und das Auto kann man getrost stehen lassen, da die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre ist und man mit der Mobilcard überall kostenlos mit Bus und Bahn hin kommt. Wir hatten eine herrliche, hoch aktive Zeit.
Danke nochmals an Familie Kröss für Ihr Engagement um das Wohlergehen Ihrer Gäste.
