The flat-rate cancellation fee claim per accommodation unit in case of cancellation is:
- up to the 46th day before the beginning of the rental period 25 % of the rental price
- from the 45th day before the beginning of the rental period 50 % of the rental price
- from the 35th day before the beginning of the rental period until the day of departure or in case of no-show no refund of the rental price.

Toller Aufenthalt! Alles war genau wie auf den Fotos. Es ist ein toller Ort, der sehr komfortabel ist. Ich liebte die gesamte Einrichtung und die kleinen Details, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen!
Katja war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Sie war sehr verfügbar und gab uns das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein. Die Lage ist absolut toll.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung in Garmisch-Partenkirchen! Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, schön eingerichtet und gut organisiert. Es war eine ruhige Oase abseits des hektischen Treibens der Stadt, aber nur einen 15-minütigen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Lage war perfekt, mit einfachem Zugang zum öffentlichen Verkehr. Die Gastgeberin Katja war außergewöhnlich. Sie war immer reaktionsschnell, freundlich und eifrig, mir bei allem zu helfen, was ich brauchte.
Ich empfehle diese Wohnung jedem, der eine saubere, komfortable und praktische Unterkunft in Garmisch-Partenkirchen sucht. Katja ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, und ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten!
