Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at Massimiliano’s place as a group of 8. I can’t stress enough how welcome Massi and his family made us feel, from providing us with oil and wine to offering endless advice and assistance. The house is amazing and comfortable with centuries of history which Massi is happy to share. Electric entry gates and lots of space for parking and relaxing outside the house. We spent most evenings eating and chatting outside when not out and about visiting places. The pool areas is lovely too and the pool is very well kept…I think it’s probably the best maintained pool I have ever experienced whilst on vacation - amazingly clean with lots of loungers and chairs and wonderful views too! We can’t recommend this place enough if you want a relaxing environment with easy access to many Tuscan/Umbrian sites and Perugia airport; not forgetting of course our wonderful hosts. Highly recommended!
